You really need to read the whole thing to get the true meaning the authors are trying to get across. When I first read it, I thought "why are they telling people about this?", but I read it again, and it started sinking in.
It explains a process used by energy companies I never knew anything about, and tells us how engineers that should know better, are creating the biggest underground cavern on the planet, and what it's filling up with is pretty scary. I may not be a geological engineer, but even I could understand the gravity of the situation.
When you get there, you will find more information than you can handle. Let me know what you think. I am very interested in seeing what others have to say about this... First, read the info at this link, as I did. This link is about an American city that has been literally burned off the map by a fifty year long ongoing underground coal fire, then go to "THE GREAT ABYSS" link at the bottom of that article, which describes a scenario that's a thousand times worse, which could very well effect us all.
